Bring Fulfillment

Fulfillment for Boulder brands

A 3PL serving Boulder brands from a Denver warehouse — same Front Range, faster lane.

Bring Fulfillment is a Denver-based 3PL serving Boulder DTC, B2B, and Amazon brands. Our Sunnyside warehouse is roughly 35 minutes from downtown Boulder, which makes us close enough for site visits, parallel-period transitions, and same-day inbound receiving — without you paying for a Boulder-priced warehouse footprint.

Why Boulder brands tend to outgrow self-fulfillment first

Boulder's ecommerce scene leans toward outdoor, supplements, CPG, and tech-adjacent products — categories where unit economics demand fast, accurate fulfillment but where the founder team is usually pulling double duty on operations. Brands hit the 500-1,000 orders-per-month wall and realize the garage operation is eating evenings.

We're built for that handoff. Onboarding takes 2-3 weeks. Your team stops packing boxes and goes back to building the brand.

How proximity to Denver actually changes things for you

Inbound from Boulder-area manufacturers ships via local LTL or parcel and lands at our dock the same day for most lanes. Site visits are a reasonable drive, not a flight. Our team is in the same time zone — when your customer service team has a question at 4 PM, we answer at 4 PM, not the next morning.

Most Boulder brands don't actually need a Boulder warehouse. They need fast access to a Denver warehouse with operational transparency. Cost per pallet is meaningfully lower in Denver than in Boulder, and the delivery economics are nearly identical because both metros sit in the same carrier zones.

Categories we work with often

Outdoor and adventure goods, supplements and nutrition, CPG and food (ambient), beverage (ambient), tech accessories, apparel-adjacent goods, beauty and personal care, and subscription boxes. We don't do hazmat, perishables, cold chain, or alcohol.

If you've outgrown self-fulfillment, you're probably also outgrowing the basic Shopify pick-pack apps. We integrate natively with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and the Amazon/Walmart marketplaces. ERP integrations available for NetSuite, CIN7, Salesforce when you reach that maturity.

What you should expect operationally

Same-day shipping cutoff is 2 PM Mountain. Inbound receipts land in your dashboard within 24-72 hours. Inventory accuracy runs above 99.2% on most accounts. Response time on questions is within one business day, usually same-day. Pricing is itemized per service line, with no bundled minimums.

If any of those metrics slip on your account, you see it before we tell you — that's the whole point of a transparent operations layer.

Common questions

Do you do site visits with prospective Boulder brands?

Yes. We encourage it for accounts above 1,000 orders per month. The drive from Boulder to our Sunnyside warehouse is about 35 minutes off-peak. We can walk you through receiving, the storage profile, the pack stations, and your specific operational questions before you sign anything.

Will I notice the difference between Boulder-based and Denver-based fulfillment from a customer-experience standpoint?

Almost never. Both metros sit in the same UPS/FedEx ground zones. Same-day cutoff and 2-day delivery windows are identical. The brand-side difference is operational cost (Denver is meaningfully cheaper per pallet) and access to a labor pool deep enough to scale.

What if I want to hand off inbound from a Boulder manufacturer?

We arrange pickup or accept delivery from your Boulder-area manufacturer via parcel, LTL, or local courier. Most local lanes deliver same-day. We'll handle the routing on the inbound side if that's easier for your operations.

Are you set up for Boulder's outdoor / DTC heavy mix?

Yes. Outdoor and adventure goods, CPG, supplements, beauty, tech accessories — these are the largest share of brands we onboard. We're not a fit for hazmat (lithium, aerosols above certain thresholds), cold chain, or alcohol.
