FAQ
Common questions about 3PL fulfillment.
Straight answers on pricing, onboarding, integrations, and how we operate. No sales pitch required.
How does 3PL pricing work?
Most 3PLs charge across three areas: receiving (getting your inventory in), storage (per pallet, shelf, or bin per month), and fulfillment (a per-order pick-and-pack fee plus postage). Some add fees for kitting, returns processing, or account management. At Bring, we give you a clear rate card upfront. No surprise line items after launch.
What order volumes do you work with?
We're built for brands doing roughly 500–20,000 orders per month. That's the range where self-fulfillment stops making sense and enterprise 3PLs are overkill. If you're above or below that, reach out anyway. We'll be honest about whether we're the right fit.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 2–3 weeks from signed agreement to first outbound order. We use a structured onboarding checklist: integrations connected in week one, test orders in week two, live by week three. Most delays come from inventory not arriving on time. Never from our side.
What ecommerce platforms do you integrate with?
We connect directly with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, and Magento on the storefront side, plus Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, and Faire for marketplace orders. For ERP and inventory management we work with NetSuite, CIN7, and Salesforce. We also support ShipStation, EasyPost, Pipe17, and OrderDesk for routing and automation.
What is FBA prep and do you handle it?
FBA prep is the process of preparing inventory to Amazon's exact requirements before it ships to a fulfillment center: labeling, poly bagging, bubble wrapping, carton content sheets, and box labels. Yes, we handle FBA prep. We know Amazon's requirements and build the prep steps into your workflow so shipments don't get rejected at the door.
Do you handle returns?
Yes. We receive returned packages, inspect items against your criteria, restock sellable units, and quarantine anything that needs your review. You can set the rules (what gets restocked automatically versus flagged) and see every return in your dashboard in real time.
What is kitting and assembly?
Kitting is the process of combining multiple SKUs into a single shippable unit, for example bundling a product with an insert card and a branded mailer. Assembly is any value-add work done at the warehouse before an order ships. We handle both, including subscription box assembly and retail-ready packaging.
How do I track my inventory in real time?
Through our WMS (warehouse management system), you get a live dashboard showing on-hand inventory by SKU, incoming receipts, orders in progress, and exceptions. You don't have to email us to find out what's happening. Your team has visibility 24/7.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
Orders submitted before 2 pm local time ship same day. That cutoff is a hard standard we hold ourselves to, not a best-effort target. If something prevents an order from going out on time, you hear it from us before your customer does.
How do I switch from my current 3PL?
The cleanest way is to run a parallel period: send new inventory to us while your current 3PL processes the backlog, then cut over once your stock is here. We'll map out the transition plan with you during onboarding so there's no gap in fulfillment. Most brands that switch to us do so because communication broke down at their last provider. That's a problem we're specifically built to solve.
Do you handle B2B and retail wholesale orders?
Yes. B2B fulfillment has different requirements than DTC: EDI compliance, retailer-specific routing guides, pallet builds, and advance ship notices (ASNs). We handle all of it. We integrate with CRSTL for EDI and support major retail routing requirements.
Where are you located?
We're based in Denver, Colorado. Our Denver location gives solid ground shipping coverage across the western US and competitive 2-day reach to most of the country. If geography is a factor for your operation, let's talk through whether Denver is the right anchor point for your customer base.
