1. Information we collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name, and details about your fulfillment needs. We may also collect basic analytics data such as page views and referral source through privacy-respecting analytics tools.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, assess your fulfillment requirements, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data retention
We retain contact and inquiry information for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion. If you become a client, your data is retained in accordance with our service agreement.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising measurement, and to remember preferences. Specifically, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns, and Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized session interactions (clicks, scrolls, and navigation patterns) so we can improve the site experience. Clarity does not record passwords, payment details, or other masked input fields. These services may set first- and third-party cookies and collect information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referral source.
You can opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can opt out of Microsoft Clarity by reviewing the Microsoft Clarity cookie list and opt-out information or by disabling cookies in your browser settings.
5. Enhanced Conversions and ad measurement
When you submit a form on this website, we may share a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of the information you provide — such as your email address — with Google for the purpose of measuring ad conversions more accurately (a feature known as Google Enhanced Conversions). The information is hashed in your browser before transmission so that Google receives only an irreversible identifier, not your raw data. Google uses this data solely to attribute ad conversions and improve campaign performance for us, and does not use it to build cross-site profiles. You can learn more in Google's Enhanced Conversions documentation.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
